What is the Cricket Asia Cup?

The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) organises the Cricket Asia Cup, which is a tournament for Asian cricket teams. The competition consists of One Day International (ODI) matches that are played in a round-robin format before moving on to knockout stages, however, there has been instances of the T20I format. The 16th tournament begins August 31st with the teams participating being, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Nepal.
